Independent Verification and
Validation (IV&V)

We are a prequalified vendor on the Georgia Technology Authority IV&V contract - ITPAS3.  As an IV&V service vendor our consultants 

provide periodic, independent analyses of the areas of responsibility established within the scope of services of a State of Georgia Information Technology project.  We identify, inform and educate project management as well as the cognizant State office of any areas of weakness and risk to the project, as well to provide proposed and recommended solutions for their remediation and/or mitigation.  Our consultants have delivered multiple engagements since 2007, providing practical real time feedback that supported successful delivery of some of the most complex large projects undertaken in this time period.  We are experts in Georgia IV&V services as well as have experience working with Federally funded projects that have additional reporting obligations and deliverables.

Business and IT Strategic Planning

Helping clients plan and manage goals for the future.  Since 2005, our consultants have helped clients develop, maintain, and manage multi-year Strategic Plans for their Business and IT functions.  Our approach as facilitator provides management of the organization the ability to actively participate in a consensus driven approach to planning that transforms typical Strategic Planning efforts into a fun and rewarding practice.  Our success is demonstrated by our annual retention of our clients and their ongoing satisfaction in the process and results.
